Hugo lives and breathes coding– it is his repertoire. He has lived most his life in San Diego, CA and has had a passion for web development since a young age.  Hugo is a self-taught developer with years of experience. He has learned to understand how users interact with web, enabling him to deliver a better user experience. He enjoys keeping up with new web development and design trends in his spare time.
